I am an RDN (Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist) and Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and have over 15 years of experience. As your coach, I will help take you from information overload to action to outcomes by developing a personal relationship that promotes accountability, encouragement, and empowerment!

Whole Health Approach
Many RDN's are only trained clinically-meaning they provide a diet to match a disease. I aim to treat all areas of health, not just nutrition. Sleep, hunger, energy, and stress are all impacted by hormonal imbalances. Learning how to manage insulin, cortisol, blood sugars, and hunger hormones are key to maximizing health. Following our natural circadian rhythm can be a great tool to begin balancing hormones and improving sleep.

Non-Diet Approach
I provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy to fit your lifestyle. That means we will work together to determine what nutrition plan will work for you. Rather than giving you a diet or meal plan, my goal is to teach you how to eat real foods that nourish your body and benefit your numbers, along with where to find resources, recipes, and tools to support you for long-term success!

Coaching Approach
Working with a coach provides you the ability to have someone on your team providing accountability, encouragement, support, and guidance when life gets hard! Having an RDN coach available to you in between sessions, you won't feel alone and will more easily break through any barriers when changes become hard. Together we will decide what lifestyle habits are desirable for you!

Hi! I'm so glad you are here! I am Jenn, owner of My RDN Coach! I am a wife and mama to 2 girls (and a boy-a boxer named Cooper!) who loves to read, travel, and watch my girls play sports! I grew up on the softball field with some amazing coaches that taught me so many things on and off the field. I have a passion for helping women navigate the perimenopausal years with ease and confidence while restoring sleep and energy and learning to love this phase of life we are gifted to walk through!
